My passion project podcast comes to an end by being hijacked for the second straight week, this time by my new wife, Laura. This time we get her perspective as we reflect back on the events leading up to the wedding, and reminisce over the big day.
Here it is! The first part of the season finale of the podcast. Part one is a little unorthodox as I am joined as I am joined by my brother David, as well as my friends Dean and John, and things get a little...off the rails. We do take a look at the prep that goes in to the big day as well as reflecting back on single life and what has lead to this point. Buckle up for a crazy ride as we bury the bachelor!
In this episode I take a look at how the daily struggle is so very real when it comes to money and finances, and how the priorities are different from when you just have to worry about yourself to taking care of a family.
In honor of National Video Game Day, I discuss how technology has changed drastically since I was a kid, and how that has lead to some very real and unexpected conversations as a parent.
In this episode I show appreciation to my father, who taught me so much that I carry with me today. I do pay respect to another honorable mention father in my life, and then show how all of these lessons and experiences have made me into the father I am (or am trying to be) today. I also take a moment to reflect on how lucky we are if we have a family and can hold them close, because clearly not everyone has that same luxury.
Getting into a morning routine is a struggle, but it's especially challenging if you've spent years just getting into a rhythm to get yourself ready. This episode focuses on the struggles of getting you and your family prepared to start the day, especially with constantly changing schedules and music tastes.
Episode 20 of the podcast is directly inspired by the hype machine that is "Avengers: Infinity War," and even includes a SPOILER-FREE review of the movie. If you want to avoid the review, skip to the 9:58 mark of the show. This episode also includes a NEW segment of the podcast called "Keeping it in the House," where I talk to Laura and the kids about their thoughts on super hero movies, which is far more entertaining than what I do on my own.
Episode 19 of the podcast focuses on the importance of adding humor into your daily life, and how it can make you stronger as a family.
In episode 18, I address my weight issues and try to offer some advice to offer advice to others battling the sugary demon
This episode focuses mainly on Laura and how she has shown me what it means to truly love someone and to be a great partner.
This week I enter into the world of being a sports parent, and have my good friend, John Strong, to help me out.
In the first episode of 2018, I go through what a huge part the Bills have played in my life, and how I'm (very) slowly, but surely, making Bills fans out of my 3 favorite blonde people.
In he 14th episode, I look back at the severe differences between celebrating Christmas alone and with kids
In the 13th episode I (over)explain my love of Star Wars and the joy of passing it on to my kids
In this week"s episode, I show how I clearly haven't learned that I have enough on my plate, as we bring a dog into our house

In the 10th episode, dedicated to my mom for her birthday, I show you just how dangerous it used to be when I tried cooking on my own.
In the ninth episode, I learn a tough lesson about teaching tough lessons.
In this week's episode, I learn the valuable lesson that having a little kid's sleepover party in a small apartment is a terrible idea.
A fun-sized episode where costume priorities shift from professional tailors to whatever is laying around the house
